Returns Policy: None Faulty Goods.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 7 working days to contact us about returning your goods. Please return your goods to us with the invoice & in the original packaging with seal intact. All items must be returned within 14 days from day of purchase & money will be refunded via the method used for payment. Buyer is respnsible for return postage & refund is on the item price only & does not include postage paid.
Returns Policy: Faulty Goods.
In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, please advise as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made for the return. Depending on the fault we will either repair, refund or offer a credit note, it is up to you which option you choose. In this case if goods are proven to be faulty a refund on postage will also be issued.
Delivery is via My Hermes Courier Service & is charged at a flat rate of £3.10 on all orders under £30 with free delivery on orders worth £30 or more. All orders are fully trackable & insured for up to £50. All orders over £30.00 will require a signiture on arrival. Orders are despatched Monday, Wednesday & Friday every week, but if you need your order in a hurry then please contact us and we will do everything possible to help in this situation.
Secure payment is via paypal. We are a paypal verifed merchant seller with all transactions covered by paypals returns & refunds policy. You do not need a paypal account to pay using this method, all you need is a valid debit/credit card. We also accept payment via cheque/postal order with items being despatched once funds have cleared or bank transfer arrangements can also be made.
